Individualized coaching for men and women of all levels from beginners to Pros balancing training and racing with family and work life. To me, coaching is based on flexibility and communications. I believe that every training plan should be written in pencil. Very few people can control everything that may come up in their lives or know exactly how they will respond to a given training load or personal event. By keeping you involved in the formulation of your training program, together we can do what it takes to allow you to reach your goals with the time and resources available.

I am better known as an advocate and recruiter of women’s racing and development, as well as the co-founder of Artemis Racing. After racing for over 15 years, I have won several MABRA championships, and am well-versed in many aspects of bike racing, training, skills, nutrition, and tactics. My history naturally leads to my desire to coach any novice (or advanced) athlete and assist them in performing their best in the sport with confidence and a solid training base.  Knowing my athletes and individualizing their program to meet their “real-life” challenges is a priority.

Chris Mayhew has years of training in his jersey pocket, and uses that knowledge to train cyclists at all skill and fitness levels. Besides bringing enthusiasm, support, and motivation to the field, his deep knowledge of and ability to analyze power meter numbers gives his riders an upper hand on following their own progress and nurturing their own strengths. This keeps riders working towards tangible results, as shown through Mayhew's riders winning races, upgrading categories, and coming back every season.
